Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If your order is damaged or defective please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order at info@traceswine.com or call 01617265994 and we will organise a refund or replacement. We may require photo evidence.

Returns/Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange the product you must email us at info@traceswine.com or call 01617265994 within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be un-opened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item and these delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery may be deducted from your refund.
