FAQs
How is TRACES sugar free?
When TRACES is made, the natural sugars from the grapes are fully fermented into alcohol, with no residual sugar leftover.
The grapes are also harvested earlier in the morning, when their sugar levels are naturally lower.
Doesn't that affect the taste of the wine?
Short answer: No!
Long answer: When you remove the sugar from wine, it does not remove the flavour. The only real difference is the flavour doesn't linger on your tastebuds for as long.
How is TRACES carb free?
There is no sugar, a type of carbohydrate, OR any other additives in this wine
